Play smarter, improve faster
Our courses are open to all open-minded squash enthusiasts, amateur trainers and professional coaches
“After writing the book “The G Point, a book about squash,” I was introduced to a sports science research group, which in turn led me to learn about “Differential Learning,” and I began to test his concepts in squash.
Accepting that repetition is the least effective sports training system set me on a path of discovery that continues to this day. When I started applying these new concepts to squash, both as a player and as a coach, I quickly realised that this different way of learning delivers interesting results.
“I am passionate about squash and about helping people improve, whatever their fitness, age and current level, and I set up Gevolution Squash in order to to share my ideas and experiences with other squash enthusiasts.”
Tony Griffin, Founder, Gevolution Squash
What makes Gevolution squash different
We use variety rather than repetition.
Our methods are based on the sports science differential learning and contraints-led methods.
Players learn how to watch the ball properly at all times.
We use techniques that encourage the body to position itself instinctively.
As play becomes intuitive, nerves subsides resulting in tighter shots and fewer errors.
What do we do?
